Neon diner sign


I’ve been experimenting with emissive materials in Octane Render. Paired with the physically accurate Octane camera and it’s in camera bloom effects you can get realistic and interesting images very quickly.

Using materials that emit light seems to require more samples to clean up the noise(which means more time per frame) but the result is a raw render which needs very little post processing which is great for my work flow.
